You may use the Platform only if:

• You are 16 years of age or older, or
• You are 13–15 years old and have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and
• You understand and accept these Terms.

The Platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13 and will delete such data if discovered.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

The Platform provides tools and information to help users discover and access a wide range of external opportunities, including scholarships, grants, programs, internships, fellowships, competitions, and events. Users may also access features such as:

• Opportunity search and filtering
• Saved lists and bookmarks
• Notifications and reminders
• An AI-powered informational chatbot
• Personalized recommendations

The Platform provides informational services only. LOT does not guarantee any application outcome, acceptance, or funding availability.

The Platform lists opportunities created and operated by third-party organizations. Leaders of Today does not control, endorse, or verify these external opportunities.

You understand and agree that:

• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy, or completeness of third-party listings
• We do not manage, oversee, or participate in the application or selection processes
• External links and references are provided for convenience only
• Users must verify all program details directly with the hosting organization before applying
• Leaders of Today is not liable for any loss, damages, or consequences resulting from your engagement with third-party opportunities

The Platform includes an AI-powered chatbot designed to offer general guidance and informational support.

By using the chatbot, you acknowledge that:

• It provides informational content only
• It does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, mental-health, academic, or safety advice
• Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not tailored to your situation
• You must not input sensitive personal information, including your home address, school name, financial details, or identification documents
• LOT is not liable for decisions made based on chatbot interactions

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Submit false, harmful, or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with Platform functionality
• Scrape data, reverse engineer, or use automated means to extract content
• Post or attempt to submit fraudulent or unsafe opportunities
• Input sensitive personal or private information into the chatbot or Platform

LOT may suspend or terminate your access for violating these rules.

If you create an account:

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

LOT is not responsible for unauthorized access arising from failure to secure your account.

All Platform content — including text, design, branding, graphics, images, software, and layout — is owned by Leaders of Today or used with permission.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or republish any Platform content without written permission
• Misuse or misrepresent LOT trademarks or branding
• Use any third-party logos or images in ways not permitted by the rights holder

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. LOT makes no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• Availability or reliability of Platform features
• Acceptance into, or funding for, any opportunity
• Suitability of any content for your purposes

You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LOT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• LOT is not responsible for rejections, missed deadlines, inaccurate listings, or outcomes of third-party opportunities
• LOT is not liable for issues arising from chatbot responses or external websites
• LOT is not responsible for user-generated errors, misuse, or misinterpretation of Platform content

In all cases, LOT's total liability shall not exceed CAD $50.

Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

• Types of information collected
• How information is used and stored
• How users can access, correct, or delete their information

By using the Platform, you consent to LOT's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Leaders of Today may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any of its features at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform means you accept any updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
